What We Do.
Tailored Property Support
We provide on-site; housing related support, tailored to the unique needs of each of our residents. This includes regular welfare checks, frequently reviewed support plans and personalised interventions.
Responsive Maintenance & Safety Oversight
We Provide 24/7 emergency maintenance as well as carrying out routine property inspections, health and safety risk assessments, and ensuring immediate response to any repair or maintenance needs affecting habitability or safety.
Benefit & Tenancy Assistance
Our team supports our residents with claiming housing benefits, managing rent payments and maintaining compliance with tenancy obligations, reducing the risk of arrears, eviction, or homelessness.
Liaison with Statutory Services
We work closely with health, social care, probation and emergency services to coordinate support and help residents to sustain their tenancies.
Environment & Communal Area Management
We take pride in maintaining clean, safe and functional communal areas. We oversee the refuse management, gardening and access control to promote a positive living environment.
Move-On Planning & Support
From the beginning of each tenancy, we work with residents to plan for their long-term independence, providing tailored guidance to support a smooth transition into permanent accommodation where appropriate.
